Safari Itinerary
Early morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in your private 4x4 safari jeep. Depart for the Masai Mara, stopping at scenic viewpoints over the Great Rift Valley en route. Arrive in time for lunch, then head straight into an afternoon game drive across the plains. Dinner and overnight at your chosen tented camp or lodge.
An early dawn game drive to catch predators finishing their night hunts, followed by breakfast at camp. Spend the day exploring different sections of the reserve, watching for lion, leopard, elephant, and the full spectrum of Mara wildlife. In the afternoon, visit a nearby Maasai village for an authentic cultural experience — traditional dance, homestead life, and local crafts. Sundowner drinks and dinner back at camp.
After a final sunrise game drive and breakfast, depart the Mara for Lake Naivasha. Enjoy a relaxed boat safari on the lake, spotting hippos, giant fish eagles and a huge variety of waterbirds, followed by a lakeside lunch. In the afternoon, continue the drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the evening with drop-off at your hotel, JKIA, or any city-centre location.
